The development objective of the Bluebay Aquaculture, Inc. is to provide sufficient supply of high quality Tilapia and Pangasius fingerlings for our local growers (micro, small and medium enterprises) at the most affordable price. This will enable them to have a steady and reliable supply of fingerlings.

In effect, they will greatly benefit from this set-up especially when the potential of Tilapia is maximized and the market potential of Pangasius as food is fully realized and taken full advantage of by our fishery sector. Further, additional employment will be created as it is expected that there will be more investors in the Tilapia and Pangasius industries. A vibrant aquaculture industry will mean more employment and more production, further enhancing food security and alleviating poverty.
